In our facility, we handle Almond, Pecans, Coconut, and Peanuts. Cashews are processed on occasion for limited edition products.
Despite our rigorous cleaning and sanitizing practices between production runs, we cannot ensure complete avoidance of cross-contamination.
Therefore, we advise individuals with allergies to these foods to refrain from purchasing from us.
Satisfaction Policy
At Nowhere Bakery, we are committed to ensuring that your baked goods arrive safely and in pristine condition. Our team takes great care in packaging your order to withstand the rigors of shipping. However, once your package is handed over to the shipping carrier, we relinquish control over the handling process.
For added peace of mind, we offer Route Package Protection at checkout. This optional insurance policy covers your package in the event of loss, theft, or damage during transit. If your case is approved, you have the choice of receiving a replacement order or a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping fees or taxes. By opting out of Route Package Protection at checkout, you acknowledge that we are not liable for any items that may be damaged, delayed, stolen, or lost in transit.
We take extra precaution by including ice packs in our shipments. Please note that these ice packs are not intended to remain frozen throughout the entire journey. Our treats are crafted without the use of animal products, ensuring they remain safe to consume even if they arrive warm. The inclusion of ice helps our cookies maintain their shape during transit. Therefore, if the ice packs arrive warm or hot, it does not indicate spoilage of the cookies.
Once your order is placed, we immediately begin the fulfillment process. Due to this prompt action, cancellations requested more than 24 hours after placing an order but before dispatch will be eligible for store credit only.
Please be aware that we do not offer refunds based on personal taste or texture preferences.
